The Hindu and Christian religion agree on whiley things and our society follows some of the rules too because religion and laws are ground on humanity. There is so much holy war about which religion is right and wrong but if they all are striving for the same thing it is hard for me to see why they tak e place. If a kid was at the top of the caste system and was preparing to be a priest he needs to restore trained and before he gets trained he must have a Upanayana ceremony because without these he wont know what he is talking about and wont know and wont have any credibility when he becomes a priest. This is a way of getting them to think a real way since according to Hindu laws believe all members of a certain(p) caste are supposed to do the same thing in the same way. The next stage of family man is also one that gets you non only to act a certain way but think a certain way. In this stage a man is supposed to get a wife, get a family, and repay his debts to everything that helped him including society. There is something beneficial about being seen as a good person. Si nce most of our morals in America come from the leger if you are seen as a good Christian than you will get special job offers and when you meet your girlfriends parents they wont hate you. In India you can tell who is a servant asunder from who is a king because of what they do in a day and what kind of clothes they wear etc. In America we have little status symbols such as crosses that go around our neck and do conversation of what you learned in the bible or church.
